Will I be able to edit the Excel file?
Yes – the file can be opened in Excel as any normal Excel file. You can then add or delete columns and sort or edit the data in the usual way. You can also use the file for mail-merge in conjunction with Microsoft Word. The file is in .xls format.
What fields are included in the file?
Field layout is described on the samples page.
We are constantly updating the entries and each order is produced from the latest data on our computers.
Companies are contacted by email every 3 months and contact names are updated over the course of 1 year.
Can you supply formats other than Excel?
The database is supplied in Microsoft Excel .xls format as standard but we can supply most other formats. Please contact us if you require a different format.
How long will it take for me to receive the goods?
Files are delivered instantly via unique download link. The link will also be sent to you by email. The link will be valid for 24 hours or 2 attempts, whichever comes first.
Does the directory cover the whole of the UK?
Yes – the following are included:
England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man
Is there any restriction on the use of the data?
The data is covered by copyright and may only be used by the Purchaser for their own reference or mailing purposes.
